Canceling Geek Squad Plan by Phone:

Find your original receipts and Protection Plan (“GSP Plan”) contract documents.

If you have a separate receipt for the item and the GSP Plan, please gather them for your call. You may need to provide information such as plan number, item number, store number, and date of purchase.

Your GSP Plan receipt will include your plan number, labeled “GSP .”

Canceling by phone is your best option if you don’t have your original receipts, especially if you had the foresight to photocopy/scan them or write down key information such as item number, GSP number, date of purchase, and store number. .

The Geek Squad website also states that you can call them 1-888-795-3460 . if you lose a receipt.
